2005

• Ascent of Cerro Torre in Patagonia, South America, regarded as one of the most technical peaks in the world.
• 2nd place in the Roc Rally climbing competition.
• 1st solo climb of the 400m high SW wall in Spitzkoppe Namibia. Free-solo climbing 8 of the 12 pitches.
• 1st free solo climb of Pontok Spitze, Pontok 1,2,3 and 4 in a day

2004

• Opening of the first all sport climbing route in the Drakensberg. "Paradigm Shift" 22 climbs the 200m high north face of the Sentinel.
• 1st place in the Roc Rally climbing competition.
• 2nd ascent of "Beyond Suntan Lotion" Spitzkoppe.

2003

• Expedition leader for the 2nd ascent of the South African route on the Central Tower of Paine, Patagonia, Chile. 1200m of vertical rock, very cold and windy conditions, 5 weeks in the mountains. Many nights in snow cave and on exposed rock face.
• 2nd ascent of "Not So Auto" 26, 400m. The hardest rock climb in the Drakensberg, South Africa.
• 1st place in the Roc Rally climbing competition.

2002

• 1st Ascent "Faded Glory" A3 20 El Gigante Mexico. 900m Spent 10 continues nights on the vertical rock face.
• 1st Ascent "Active side of infinity" 25 A0 Spitzkoppe, Namibia 400m.

2001

• 1st Ascent "Nothing in Moderation" 25, Spitzkoppe Namibia 400m
• 2nd ascent of "Herero Arch" 26 A0, Spitzkoppe Namibia
• 1st Ascent of "Vazimba" 26 A0; 800m Tsaranoro Be, Madagascar.
• 1st Ascent of "Gypsy Crack" 24; 100m Lemur Wall, Madagascar.
• Expedition Leader for MCSA/BMC Mozambique Expedition, 1st Ascent Sitting Chief, "Merupie Madness" 24. 400m

2000

• 1st Ascent Mlema 3, Northern Mozambique. Spent 4 days opening "African Light" grade24; 700m
• 1st Ascent "Delayed Gratification" graded 21 A1; 650m, Dos Amigos Face, Rebawe Mountain, Northern Mozambique.
• Attended the BMC International climbing meet in Wales.

1999

• 5 months USA road trip, climbing in Yosemite, Devils Tower, Joshua Tree, Red Rocks, Indian Creek, The Needles.
• Rope soloed "The Shield" A3 on El Capitan in Yosemite National Park, California in seven days.
• Climbed "The Zodiac" A2+ on El Capitan in Yosemite.
• Climbed "The Nose" on El Cap in Yosemite, in 4 days and then went and speed-climbed the route in 9 hours and 22 minutes. Fastest SA ascent.
• Regular route on the Leaning Tower Yosemite.

1998

• Explore northern Mozambique for climbing possibilities.
• 1st Ascent of Sphinx Rock and open up 4 new routes on the 200 meter high dome. Northern Mozambique
• 1st Ascent Mlema1, "The Whites must be crazy" 21, 400m Northern Mozambique
• First one day ascent of the biggest rock face in Africa, the 1700m high west face of Mt Mulanje in Malawi.
• Climbed in England and Wales, on the 1998 British Mountaineering Council (BMC) / Mountain Club of South Africa (MCSA) Exchange.
